WHAT IS AN OFFICIALLY LICENSED PRODUCT?
Your sorority’s name, crest and coat of arms are registered trademarks with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. A vendor must be approved by your national headquarters and receive permission to use those trademarked names on their merchandise. Greek with Envy is proud to be an Official Licensed vendor.
Your sorority benefits because a percentage of each purchase price is paid to your national headquarters for scholarships and other programming. So be a savvy Greek shopper and only buy from Official Licensed vendors.
WHAT SIZE ARE THE PENDANTS?
The Small/Medium necklace is roughly the size of a nickel. The Medium/Large necklace is roughly the size of a half dollar. See pictures above for visual reference. You will choose a chain length during the customized ordering process.
WHAT ARE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CHARACTERS (including spaces) WHICH CAN BE STAMPED ON EACH PENDANT?
S/M Pendant:
a) TOP- 3 characters MAX
b) BOTTOM- 6 characters MAX, curved at bottom
M/L Pendant:
a) TOP- 5 characters MAX straight across (or 6 letters MAX curved)
b) BOTTOM- 11 characters MAX curved at bottom
S/REC Pendant:
a) Small Round – 3 characters MAX
b) Rectangle – (2 lines) 8 characters MAX per line
M/REC Pendant:
a) Medium Round – 5 characters MAX straight across
b) Rectangle –(2 lines) 8 characters MAX per line
WHAT’S THE PRICE OF THE NECKLACES?
The S/M and S/REC pendants cost $35.00. The M/L and M/REC pendants cost $45.00. There is an additional $5 charge for optional Embellishments for all pendants. (See definition of Embellishments below.)
WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED IN YOUR NECKLACES?
Each pendant is cast in solid pewter and then plated in 14K Gold, Sterling Silver, or Copper. The pendants are then oxidized to achieve an antique finish. The ball chain is made of stainless steel.
DO ANY OF THE MATERIALS CONTAIN NICKEL OR LEAD?
No, all materials used in our necklaces are Nickel and Lead Free.
WHAT ARE EMBELLISHMENTS?
Embellishments are a great way to further customize your necklace. You have the choice of Swarovski Crystals or a Freshwater Pearl. The Swarovski Crystal color combinations are your Sorority Colors, School Colors or Birthstone.
DO I NEED TO SPECIFY THE SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL COLOR COMBINATIONS?
No, we know the appropriate university colors, sorority colors, and birthstone colors.
ARE THE EMBELLISHMENTS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
No, there is an additional charge of $5.00 for any Embellishment.
WHAT IS A HIDDEN INSCRIPTION AND WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
A Hidden Inscription is hand stamped on the bottom pendant underneath the top pendant. The Hidden Inscription is another way to create a unique necklace. You can choose various symbols, a date, initials or a monogram.
Please Note: Due to space limitations the maximum number of characters allowed for the Hidden Inscription on a S/M necklace is 3 and on the M/L necklace the maximum is 4.
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR A HIDDEN INSCRIPTION AND DO I HAVE TO ADD A ONE?
No, Hidden Inscriptions are optional and are included in the price.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR INITIALS & YOUR MONOGRAM?
Your initials will all be in one size and will be stamped in the order of your name. They can be in UPPERCASE or lowercase letters. A monogram is your initials depicted in a specific order and size in UPPERCASE. Your last name will be represented by the initial in the center and will be larger than your first and middle name initials.
Ex: Joane Brittany Holmes
Initials: JBH or jbh
Monogram: JHB
Is my necklace going to look just like the picture online?
Each necklace is hand stamped so no two pieces are exactly alike.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
GREEK WITH ENVY wants you to be thrilled with your purchase! We are committed to providing a top quality product. If you receive a damaged or defective necklace, call us within 10 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE AND WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship by US Postal Service Priority Mail. There is a standard shipping fee of $6.00 and orders will typically be shipped within 10 working days.
